*If there is a private well on the property there will be an additional charge of  $99 for testing purposes. 

UPGRADE TO A CAMERA/VIDEO INSPECTION

This premium service comes with a USB flash drive with a recorded video & photos + a written report. 

This service is great, because it allows us to catch issues early on, by detecting roots, cracks and plumbing separations.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Water must be turned on to the property in order for an inspection to take place. If water is not running to the property and we have to return to do the inspection it will be an additional $99 for a travel charge.
